Payment Policy

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Payments for the products available on the Site may be made in the following ways:

Payments can be made by UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, cashback offer etc.

Credit card, Debit Card and Net Banking payment options are instant payment options and recommended to ensure faster processing of your order.

Shipping and Delivery policy:

Prinkida ships your order with various courier services like Ecom, Blue dart, Xpressbees, Delhivery, etc. It takes up to 4-6 working days for shipping . We will not be responsible for any kind of delays in delivery or loss of the purchase or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier. You will be informed once your order is shipped, through email and/or text message. Since the products that have been bought by you is personalized, there would be no return of the same. However, the products that you buy goes through quality check and if there is any issue with respect to the product, we will rectify it subject to certain terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

In any case you want the order to be cancelled, please e-mail us at support@printkida.com as soon as possible or within a maximum 15 hours of placing your order. Cancellation requests received after the order has gone for printing will be dealt on case to case basis and a refund cannot be promised always. An order once shipped can not be cancelled and/or refunded, whatsoever.

Replacement Policy

You can apply for replacement for up to 10 days from the date you purchased it. You can email us at support@printkida.com or you can call us at 8485858908 (Mon – Fri: 10AM – 5PM). Our products go through quality check before shipping. Customised products are eligible for replacement policy. In case you discover a fault with the product, share image(s) of the product showing the fault right away. Further image(s) may be asked from the customer. There is no provision for reverse pickup. In case a product has been wrongly delivered, we will get it replaced, provided there is a genuine issue authorized by Printkida team. Printkida reserves the right to charge additional fees in case of design change, model change, product change and other scenarios, depending upon the situation of each case. Printkida reserves the right to reject replacement for any of its customized product. If any customer violates the terms and conditions of Printkida their account may be terminated and services rendered may be withdrawn.

Refund Policy

You can apply for refund within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has gone for printing, amount cannot refunded. Payments refunded will be credited to the original mode of payment within 2 to 5 working days. For refunds you can mail us at support@printkida.com The timeline also depends upon bank’s pay out cycle. In case the product has already been printed, printing charges may be deducted in such cases. To be eligible for refund, payment should have been successfully made as per the respective bank. Printing and Shipping fee are non-refundable.

Courier Services

We ship all over India. We use various courier services like Ecom, Blue dart, Xpressbees, Delhivery, Ship rocket, FedEx, DTDC, India Post etc. You can let us know your courier preference(if any).

Uploading images on products

Customers can upload their images on the products that they want to order. In case they are facing any issue with respect to placing an order, kindly share a screenshot of the same by sending mail at support@printkida.com

Similarity of the products shown on website

The images of the products on the website are for demonstration purposes only. The size and measurement of the products are approximate. At Printkida makes sure that every details of products are as precise as possible. Items may very slightly from the depicted images on the website.

Chat Option

The Chat option has been provided to help you with any query. Any use of this service shall be subject to the following conditions:

  • Communication through chat may be stored by Printkida for future reference, and the user of such service will not have the right to access such information at any future date.
  • While ‘chatting’ you may not communicate any objectionable information i.e. unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene information. Such customers would be prohibited from chatting.
  • Our customer service executives hold the right to block such abusive customers.
  • Customers are barred from uploading any image that is encouraging blasphemy, defamation, obscenity, pornography, libellous, hateful or ethnically objectionable.
